At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life.

This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Support patient goals and functional independence

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas PTA license (required)
• Home health experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred)
