Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Hospice Liaison to help grow our presence throughout the Houston market.

YOUR MISSION: CONNECT. EDUCATE. GROW.
Build Lasting Partnerships: Develop strong referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and senior living communities.
Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities and expand Varco's referral network throughout Houston.
Be a Trusted Resource: Educate healthcare partners on hospice services and compassionate end-of-life care.
Make Connections Count: Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
Represent Varco: Participate in networking events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
Own Your Success: Manage outreach activities, strengthen partnerships, and consistently work toward growth goals.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development
Hospice or home health experience preferred
Established healthcare referral relationships in the Houston market
Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Professionalism, compassion, and a passion for helping others
