Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Support insurance authorization processes as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Maintain organized records and office documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
