We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in the DFW area. No prior experience is required—we are looking for a trainable candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Support insurance authorization processes as needed
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Maintain organized records and office documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Qualifications

  • No experience required—training will be provided
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, etc.)
